Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy

Returns

Any unwanted items or orders can be returned to Cosmo8 for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@cosmo8.co.uk with your order number and details of the returned items. Please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the return costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please remember to include your order details inside the parcel so we know when we have received your return and can process your refund.

Cancellations

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours.

Please email info@cosmo8.co.uk and we will advise if it can be cancelled. If it has already been shipped you will need to return it to the above address.

Refunds

You will receive your refund 5-7 business days after your item arrives back to us and is checked by our customer service team. During busy periods this time could increase to up to 14 business days.
